So last Wednesday my mum receive a call from dad he said to her
that we have to prepare ourselves to go to picnic
just small picnic to spend few hours in the park
i was really in need to go there
the sea , the fresh air , the plants flowers and tress all the view of the park can change my whole mood 100%
i was taking the photos to only remember this day as i love photographing so much and i'm training on it now
and i just think to share the happiness and peace i felt there by some photos
we started the day there at 2:30 PM it was the lunch time and i was so hungry so we had a grilled
meat with fried potato and salad
it was my first week at diet but i paused the diet to eat what i want with small quantities of course
we played so much and enjoyed more and more
by 5 PM we walked around the park to enjoy the view of the sea , i watched the sunset there and it was full of peace and hope

And i finished the day by eating MAC meal - i forgot to photograph it i was like a lion that see it's prey and want to eat it lol-
i have to admit it i'm that person who love the nature so much and especially the nature places at my country - Egypt-
so my tip to you to enjoy every moment in your life by doing what you really love at the places you love eating what you love but please keep your fit
don't let sadness set in your heart for long time .
